The Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine (AM-600) is an advanced clinical program for qualified medical doctors, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons focused on minimally invasive cosmetic procedures and clinical safety.
Curriculum Modules & Clinical Competencies:
- Module 1: Facial Anatomy & Danger Zones: High-precision layered anatomy, vascular mapping, nerve branches, and ultrasonography in facial aesthetics.
- Module 2: Neuromodulators & Dermal Fillers: Advanced botulinum toxin techniques, hyaluronic acid placement, cannula vs needle techniques, and rheology.
- Module 3: Complication Prevention & Management: Vascular occlusion protocols, hyaluronidase reversal dosing, sterile techniques, and delayed hypersensitivity.
- Module 4: Energy-Based Devices & Chemical Peels: Laser physics (ablative and non-ablative), RF microneedling, IPL, and medium-to-deep chemical peel formulations.
- Module 5: Supervised Hands-on Clinical Training: Live patient procedures under master injector supervision and portfolio presentation.
Candidate Eligibility & Clinical Prerequisites
Academic Degree
Recognized primary degree (MBBS, MD, PharmD, BSN, BSc Psychology) from an accredited university.
Clinical Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant post-graduate clinical practice or internship completion.
Examination Board
Passing standardized continuous modular assessments and final OSCE viva voce.
